Biography

 

 

I am an Artist Maker.

My work reflects my interest in history and is a place where the past and present meet.    I draw attention to the importance of heritage and question what should be saved for future generations and why.  I believe strongly that this should be a collective responsibility which is often neglected and feel the need to record what I encounter in the present for posterity. I employ a range of techniques and materials to create work that serves as a haunting record of what could potentially be lost to future generations.

My work is full of historical references and my extensive background research drives my ideas and practice.
